We kindly ask that everyone respects the vehicles we have to loan out.

• NO SMOKING in the vehicle or you will be charged a cleaning fee.
• NO Animals allowed in the vehicle. If pet hair is detected, you will be charged a cleaning fee.
• You must have full coverage insurance in your name to drive the vehicle
• Please replace fuel used while driving the vehicle or you will be charged $10 Per Gallon and a $25 convenience fee.
• You are responsible to pay for any damage to the vehicle while it is in your care.
• If the vehicle needs to be detailed, you will be charged a $150.00 cleaning fee.
• You must return the vehicle within 24 hours of your RO being completed or you will be assessed the daily rental fee per the agreement.
• You are responsible for all tolls, tickets and fines while driving this vehicle.
• You must have a valid driver’s license to drive the vehicle.
• You cannot use the vehicle for any 3rd party Rideshare services such as Uber, Lyft, Door Dash, or Uber Eats.
• The loaner is for local use while your vehicle is being repaired and you understand that you will be responsible for any towing or repair charges outside of a 100 mile radius from the shop unless listed on the contract.
